Here’s how it works
- Together, we’ll select your project lead – the AI-enthusiast who’ll spearhead the implementation.
- We map out the department’s typical tasks, and the AI rates them in SHAPE™ OS – including a shortlist of relevant AI tools offering the greatest benefits.
- We assign everyone on the team an AI-ready role that complements their job title, including an online course and certification.
- We will facilitate your first VxV live-scoring session on an ongoing project and then roll out live scoring and the weekly evaluation ritual as a standard practice to replace status meetings.
- We will meet with the relevant C-level executive, one or two team leads and the project coordinator for a targeted assessment of the implementation and opportunities.
