You will be assigned one or more of our consultants dedicated to the company, who will work alongside you, set the direction and maintain the pace, whilst you stay focused on your day-to-day life. The aim: concrete wins every single month.
Digital-first. SHAPE™ is designed for intensive digital and asynchronous delivery on the employees’ terms, so that they can remain focused on their day-to-day work. On-site delivery is chosen when physical presence makes a real difference.
We identify around 25–30 typical tasks in a selected department, which we then jointly log in SHAPE™ OS.
We use AI to assess the tasks and then sit down with the relevant C-level executive and one or two team leads for a focused discussion on how AI is transforming your world

Together, we’ll select your Ambassador - the AI enthusiast leading the charge on implementation.
We map out the department’s typical tasks, and the AI rates them in SHAPE™ OS – including a shortlist of relevant AI tools offering the greatest benefits.
The team records selected workflows with audio commentary, so we can see the work as it’s actually being carried out, without filling up the calendar with on-site walkthroughs (QUASII screen recording software).
We award everyone in the team an ‘AI-ready’ role in line with their job title, including an online course and a course certificate.
We will facilitate your first VxV live-scoring session on an ongoing project and then roll out live scoring and the weekly evaluation ritual as a standard practice, phasing out status meetings.
We’ll meet with the relevant C-level executive, one or two team leads and an ambassador to review what progress has been made and what the next steps are.
Your Ambassador will receive our SHAPE™ Replication Playbook and can then lead the next roll-out, with or without our support.
